For homeowners, this may include your name, mobile number, email, ZIP code, the service you need, job details, and who referred you. For contractors, this may include your business name, owner name, mobile number, email, trade, service ZIP codes, license number, insurance carrier, Google Business Profile link, years in business, and how you heard about us.

2. How we use your information

• To connect homeowners with one vetted pro in the selected trade.
• To vet contractors and administer the referral network.
• To send referral leads, payout reports, and service messages by text or call.
• To respond to your questions and enforce our terms.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your information and we do not share customer lists. When a homeowner requests a pro, we share that homeowner's name, phone, and request with one Home Crew pro in the trade selected, per the homeowner's opt-in consent. We may share information when required by law or to protect our rights.

4. SMS and text messaging

By submitting a request with consent, you agree that Home Crew and the assigned pro may contact you by text message or phone call about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. Carrier messaging rates may apply. We do not share your mobile number for marketing beyond the single referred introduction.

5. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@virtucore.io. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information but no system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet.

8. Children's privacy

Our service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
